[CX] Http server chunk and then re-aggregate requests needlessly

    Description

      Currently, the HTTP server used chunk large requests (Seems like it was designed for streaming requests).

      However, we can only handle complete requests in our servlets. Hence, we aggregate those requests and so, there is no point in chunking the request.
