--enable-failover-on-data-disk-issues should not in CE

    Description

      Install Couchbase server 5.5.0-2908  CE on a centos 7.4 servers.

      Run couchbase-cli  setting-autofailover -h

      It shows --enable-failover-on-data-disk-issues flag

        --cacert cacert             Verifies the cluster identity with this
                                    certificate
        -h,--help                   Prints the short or long help message
       
      Auto-failover settings:
        --enable-auto-failover <1|0>
                                    Enable/disable auto-failover
        --auto-failover-timeout <seconds>
                                    The auto-failover timeout
        --enable-failover-of-server-groups <1|0>
                                    Enable/disable auto-failover of server Groups
        --max-failovers  <1|2|3>    Maximum number of times an auto-failover event
                                    can happen
        --enable-failover-on-data-disk-issues <1|0>
                                    Enable/disable auto-failover when the Data
                                    Service reports disk issues
        --failover-data-disk-period <seconds>
                                    The amount of time the Data Serivce disk
                                    failures has to be happening for to trigger an
                                    auto-failover

          The couchbase-cli has no idea of edition, it relies on asking the cluster it's communicating to, to find out the edition. If that flag is used on CE cluster it will print a error message.

          I have marked this as Minor as it's not a critical bug, in Mad-hatter I will update the help message to make it clear that this flag is a EE only feature.
