Ability to disable/enable a Couchbase user

It would be great to have an option to just disable a selected user (revoke permissions temporarily), while leaving the user definitions intact.

That is also valid to the UI.

Scenario:

1. Create local Couchbase user with user and password
2. Add the desired permissions to the user
3. disable the user
4, enable the user and maintaining all the previous permissions.
