Undeploy Function when Source bucket is Deleted

    Description

      As of vulcan: The function listening to source bucket continues to be deployed even when the source bucket is deleted.

      This leads to behaviour that is not ideal - as indexes are always dropped when Buckets are deleted.

      It is recommended that the Function be Undeployed whenever the Source Bucket is Deleted.
