Restore `cbstats hash` to cbcollect_info

    Description

      Now we have fixed the issue with `cbstats hash` slowing down intra-cluster replication in master (see MB-30553( , we should restore the `cbstats hash` task in cbcollect_info.

      (See also: MB-30665 where it was originally removed).
