killing erlang process on kv and eventing nodes results in eventing missing some mutations

    Description

      Seeing following test got failed with 6.0.0-1673 which is passing on 6.0.0-1663

      ./testrunner -i /tmp/testexec.2450.ini -p get-cbcollect-info=True -t eventing.eventing_recovery.EventingRecovery.test_killing_erlang_when_eventing_is_processing_mutations,nodes_init=4,services_init=kv-eventing-index-n1ql,dataset=default,groups=simple,reset_services=True,skip_cleanup=True,doc-per-day=2,handler_code=bucket_op_with_cron_timers
