    Description

      Ankit Prabhu notes:
      The problem is data file icudtl.dat is not linked during v8 compilation. Looks like it is removed in 5.5.0 (https://github.com/couchbase/tlm/commit/970836b96b4d5b913a7d42cdcde352faeba0a040).
