[CX] Ensure bucket listeners are unregistered on dataverse drop

    Description

      Currently, when a dataverse is dropped, bucket listeners do not get unregistered. When the dataverse is re-created, the CONNECT LINK statement will fail since it picks up the old bucket listeners.
