[XDCR] Docs not replicated when compression type set to "None"

C1 : 192.168.56.111, 192.168.56.112
C2 : 192.168.56.113, 192.168.56.114

The test creates 2 replications, standard_bucket_1 and standard_bucket_2. It then changes the compression type for standard_bucket_1 to "Snappy" and standard_bucket_2 to "None". 3000 keys are updated and 3000 are deleted. It then checks if data replicated by the replication with compression enabled (standard_bucket_1) is less than the uncompressed one (standard_bucket_2).

It is observed that no data is replicated when compression is set to "None".
Note: Same test passes on Alice (6.0.0-1693).
