    Description

      Create a cluster of 3 nodes.
      Load 200K keys with size 4K to node 52
      Run memcachetest on node 52
      Click fail over node 56
      Shutdown and restart node 55
      Add node 56 back
      Rebalance. Failed with error "Rebalance exited with reason wait_for_memcached_failed"
