Eventing: Include eventing function definitions in cbcollect_info

We already have GSI definitions, ddocs definitions and FTS definitions as part of cbcollect_info, from a support point of view it would be useful to have eventing function definitions included in the log information - else trying to provide support for this service could prove quite tricky
