    Description

      Analytics driver is storing illegal JSON in metakv, which fails to unmarshall when CBAS reads it:

      2019-02-02T18:02:03.474-08:00 WARN CBAS.cbas error unmarshalling metakv value bootstrap/ensureCc/277178f312d1201bca2c487734decbcd: invalid character '-' after top-level value

      A JSON legal value should be written
