provide ability to limit projector memory usage

    Description

      It would be good to have the ability to limit projector usage. Even if this is not perfect, some sort of throttling based on the current RSS would be good. Right now unlimited memory usage by projector can have the undesirable side effect of memcached being killed by the OOM killer.
