Recover from crash in collatejson package, log and skip the key

There were a couple of places in collatejson package where the process can crash. It will be good to protect against unknown crashes (by implementing crash recovery in collatejson package) and become future safe. This will ensure that the panics in collatejson don't have service level impact.

Note: this will have some performance impact. Need to analyse on it further.
