Handling extra mutations created by transactions

Transaction creates 1025(1 - txn-client-record and 1 for each v-bucket) extra metadata documents and keep updating xattrs to these documents which eventually executes handler code.

As these mutations are internal to couchbase, its an overhead for customers. We need to see if we can filter out metadata.
