MacOS: Quite Couchbase Server hangs

    Description

      After starting Couchbase Server on Mac, the attempt to "quit" via the drop-down menu doesn't seem to complete.  The drop-down menu is still there and the Couchbase Server process is still running:

      perrykrug        94216   0.0  0.1  4960940  25088   ??  S    11:12am   0:00.65 /Applications/Couchbase Server.app/Contents/MacOS/Couchbase Server -psn_0_10459641

       

      Attempting to quit a second time removes the icon and process immediatley
