Couchbase Server Mac won't start, versions 5.5.3, 5.5.4, and 5.5.5

    Description

      I was doing some testing and discovered that 5.5.1 and 5.5.2 work just fine on my Mac, but 5.5.3 and 5.5.4 won't even start up, giving an error message.

      The errors are:

      Starting epmd ...
      		 
       
      		 
       
      		 
      Crash dump was written to: erl_crash.dump
      		 
      init terminating in do_boot ()

      I'm attaching erl_crash.dump.

      5.5.3 and 5.5.4 are the only versions of Vulcan currently available from our downloads site.
