Index Management Rest endpoints are non functional

    Description

      Looks like the index management rest endpoints are broken.

      Couple of issues spotted are,

      1. IngestControl for pause/resume the indexing isn't working.
      2. queryControl for allow/disallow the querying isn't working.

      Need to fix this.
