Turn on auth timeouts for Moxi by default

    Description

      Saw this at a customer, where a malfunctioning node would result in Moxi hanging because it was unable to complete the SASL auth. Turning on auth timeouts resolved the issue, but they should be on by default (like the rest of the timeouts in moxi)
