[UI] - Incorrect reporting of summary index stats

It appears that the UI is incorrectly calculating/aggregating the summary statistics on the index page.

The detailed graphs, and the direct index stats show one set of numbers, but the summary values in the row for each index don't align with that.  

I suspect this is because those stats are being calculated as an average or some other aggregation over time and so don't reflect the current snapshot.

See the attached screenshot.  The example here is that the top row shows "32,943 mutations remaining" even though the graph has already fallen to 0.  This is further confirmed with a query to http://Administrator:password@localhost:9102/stats which shows 0 as the correct number.
