Make ns_memcached timeout configurable to make GDB-ing to memcached easier

    Description

      Currently stats are gathered with a singleshot connection to memcached. This really annoying when you're debugging memcached (because during disconnect of the connection a SIGPIPE is sent (but handled) inside memcached, but (at least the default behavior of) gdb is to stop the process there.. Since we're doing this every 5 sec or so, its really annoying
