Getl returns both the key and the value in the body section with the binary protocol

When doing a getl both the key and the value is returned in the body section of the response message. This is an issue for two reasons. First off it is useless information to send and although not always a very large value it will eat up bandwidth. Users doing lots of getl's will see minor performance drops. Second, get and gets do not return the key name in the body section. This means that getl has slightly different behavior than commands similar to it.
