Ensure Views does not generate DCP connection names that are no longer than allowed by memcached

Details

    Description

      DCP connections with long names break the STATS "dcp" command. (See MB-34280). Views should generate names that are no longer than the memcached limit.

            Chanabasappa Ghali, You need to create Bucket name which is 200 character long and views query should work fine.
