      Build 6.5.0-4960

      Observed that eventing function deploy time increases as number of buckets in cluster increase.

      e.g. 

      #buckets in cluster Time to deploy one handler Job
      ​1 ~35sec​  ​http://perf.jenkins.couchbase.com/job/themis-dev/954
      10 ~240sec http://perf.jenkins.couchbase.com/job/themis-dev/957

      Logs are present at end of console output of job.
