Indexing: Backup/Restore endpoint need to support collection

    Description

      Problem
      For backup and restore to support collections the indexing backup (GET getIndexMetadata?bucket=) and restore(restoreIndexMetadata?bucket=) endpoints have to be collection aware. There is a further requirement to support remapping of collections/scope/buckets for indexes(Like what was done for bucket remapping MB-29843).

      It would be good if the REST API for remapping is the same across services.
