FTS: Backup/Restore endpoint need to support collection

      Problem
      For backup and restore to support collections the FTS backup (GET /api/index) and restore( POST /api/index/[INDEX NAME]?prevIndexUUID=*) endpoints have to be collection aware. There is a further requirement to support remapping of collections/scope/buckets for an FTS.

      It would be good if the HTTP API for remapping is the same across services.

      The same is true for FTS alias too.
