View Engine: Backup/Restore endpoint need to support collection

      Problem
      For backup and restore to support collections the View Engine backup (GET /pools/default/buckets/[BUCKET]/ddoc) and restore( POST /pools/default/buckets/[BUCKET]/ddoc) endpoints have to be collection aware. There is a further requirement to support remapping of collections/scope/buckets for an View Engine.

      It would be good if the HTTP API for remapping is the same across services.
