[CX] Fix maven build failure propagation to cmake (regression in MB-36603)

    Description

      When adding build log suppression in MB-36603, the maven exit code was lost, which causes cmake to extraneously believe the build was successful. On an incremental build, this can result in a false-positive clean build.
