cbbackupmgr backup is backing up zero documents for single collection in CC build 7.0.0-1569

Backing up data from selected collections from a collection enabled cluster .using cbbackumgr backup --include-data command is not backing up any data in 7.0.0-1569

Here are the commands used :
./cbbackupmgr config --archive /root/backup_testing/backup --repo default --include-data bucket-1.scope1.collection1
./cbbackupmgr backup --archive /root/backup_testing/backup --repo default --host http://localhost:8091 --username Administrator --password password --threads 16 --storage sqlite

Output:
