Description
Certain operations, such as obtaining failover logs & stop streaming are currently processed serially per-vbucket. On a slow external link (e.g. offsite datacenter), this can kill response time. (e.g. 30ms * 1024 buckets == 30.72s). Such operations should execute in parallel when feasible.
