[BP of MB-38935 to 6.6.0] Increase the default size of feed's backch at projector

    Description

      Currently, the default value of feed's backch is set at 10000. In clusters with more than 10 buckets, more than 10000 messages can be pushed to feed's backch during some requests (e.g., shutdown topic request) and this can lead to a deadlock. The number of messages pushed to feed's backch is proportional to the number of vbuckets active on the corresponding kv node.
