Description
When we populate the staging directory, we dynamically include/exclude files to avoid downloading data that won't be used. For instance when doing a backup we ignore all the Rift index/data files because they can be very large and aren't needed to do an incremental. At the moment we are only ignoring the Rift data files, we should also ignore ForestDB/SQLite data files to avoid downloading them in cases where users have uploaded an archive to S3 and are using it as a cloud archive (which should work). This will just allow us to fail fast and give the user an error without them having to pay to download significant amounts of data.
