Tasks for Index Advisor() Function in Cheshire-cat

Index Advisor Function advises for query workload and supports session handling(start a session to collect query, stop a session and run advisor on the workload and query the advise result for the session in the past).

Planned tasks for Cheshire-Cat:

• Improve the design of output of advisor function to be more consumable (Feedback from Binh Le);
• Fix the remaining bugs for session scheduling/storage issues.
• UI to support the advisor function in a user-friendly interface.
