rpm installer does not delete the data files (on a fresh install) and the user will see left over items when creating a new bucket

scenario

1- install possibly an earlier version of 1.7.0 or any version with the same schema :
2- create a bucket named "default"
3- then run rpm -e to uninstall
4- when you reinstall the software you are asked to create a new bucket
5- if the bucket name is identical to the previously existed bucket you will see some left over items from beforer

so the right way of handling this :
either add a new wizard to the setup screen which allows the user to migrate the bucket or
as an option during re-install force delete all the data files
