IP:PORT binding change causing indexer to fail to start

This change is causing our perf tests involving indexer nodes to fail: https://github.com/couchbase/indexing/commit/3fb7421582aa6d3c5279239a8a1fe3687255ced8

The failing tests will run with IPv6 and run the following command against all cluster nodes to setup IPv6:

curl -u Administrator:password -d 'afamily=ipv6' http://172.23.132.15:8091/node/controller/setupNetConfig

This causes the indexer node to fail to start.
