cbbackupmgr collect-logs is missing the '--s3-log-level' flag

    Description

      All the code to supply the log level is already checked into 6.6.0 we are simply missing the entry in the CLI. This is essentially a no code change because we are not changing any logic/behavior at all.

      We should definitely have this flag enabled for collect-logs since it may aid significantly when debugging user issues.
