[FTS+N1QL] During add-back after failover some nodes may be unavailable

    Description

      Some of the hosts during the aftermath of a failover operation and specifically during add-back may not be reachable. So ignoring the error while fetching the auth credentials for the host:port to set up a gRPC client during the event should be a reasonable thing to do.
