[CV] Add some Examinador test cases which run backwards compatible archive sanity testing

What's the issue?
We currently don't have much (if any) testing to ensure that we can correctly handle reading/restoring data from archives created with older releases of 'cbbackupmgr'.

What's the fix?
1) Add a test case which performs a restore with the latest GA release for an archive created with every previously GA'd release
2) Add a test case to ensure that we can restore from each storage format (sqlite, forestdb and rift)
2a) We should do this for 6.0.0 and 6.5.0 (at least) which is where we changed from a shard storage model, to a vbucket storage model
