    Description

       

      Building deferred indexes taking long time even on empty collections.

       

      Steps to reproduce - 

      1. create deferred index on empty collection - 

      CREATE INDEX arr_index_1 ON default:test_bucket.test_scope_1.test_col_1 USING GSI

      2. Build index - 

      BUILD INDEX ON default:test_bucket.test_scope_1.test_col_1 (arr_index_1) USING GSI

       

      3. Check for build progress in Index tab.
