Allow renaming of the default bucket at setup

From a customer:

Suggestion: when performing the initial setup, you must create the default bucket.

I think it can be useful to give the users the ability to create a user-defined bucket at this stage.

For example we don't use the default bucket. Every time we install new cluster we have to do the setup which forces creating the default bucket, then delete the default bucket and define our bucket...
