Description
The load time for many of the performance tests is long and reducing it will help to run tests more efficiently. The following e-mail exchange has some information.

Hi Srinath,

Unfortunately, none that I know of – we do have an outstanding ticket for bulk loading https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-35075
|
Is it feasible to store the Magma files, and then update the CB binary and copy back the files – so you just do a warm-up?

@David Rigby, @Ben Huddleston Don’t know if you’ve got any suggestions?

+1 to the restore files and warmup suggestion - that will only require loading sufficient items to reach the low watermark (assuming full-eviction) - so the runtime of the load phase will be O(sizeof(RAM)), instead of O(sizeof(data)) which you currently have. For low residency ratios that would likely always be faster than a regular bulk load, even after we’ve investigated MB-35075.
