File paths reset after upgrading a node in Windows

    Description

      A cluster was upgraded from 6.5.1 to 6.6.0 using a following method:

      • Failover a node
      • Upgrade using 6.6.0 installer
      • Bring back the node using recovery and rebalance

      After that, the Data and Index paths on the node were reset to the default c:/Program Files/Couchbase/Server/var/lib/couchbase/data. Before the upgrade they were configured to D:\Data.
