Description
We'd like to use the following network configuration on our CouchBase servers:
Each server has two network cards A, and B.
We'd like to configure each Couchbase node to use network cards as follows:
Network card A for the communication between the servers (replication, re-balance and such).
Network card B for communication between the server and the clients.
Possible further enhancements would be a 3rd interface for "management" (8091) and XDCR traffic
There is a slight difference from MB-10306, which was closed as a duplicate of this improvement, which I'd like to mention. Instead of simply separating traffic based on NICs, it may be better to make an even higher level modification to separate traffic based on IP.
