Couchbase server web console failed to start in centos

Install couchbase server 2.0.0r-210-g82da9e7 on 10.1.6.150
Open web browser, couchbase web console failed to open.
Check firewall and service, firewall is off and couchbase server is running.

[root@farshid-dgm-2 ~]# service iptables status
Firewall is stopped.
[root@farshid-dgm-2 ~]# service couchbase-server status
couchbase-server is running
[root@farshid-dgm-2 ~]# service couchbase-server stop

couchbase-server is already started [WARNING]
[root@farshid-dgm-2 ~]# service couchbase-server
