adding unprovisioned server still requires username/password

1) install couchbase on node 1 and set it up
2) install couchbase on node 2 but leave unprovisioned
3) from node 1 add node 2 but don't provide a username or password
the add fails and gives an error:
Attention - Username and Password are both required to join a cluster.

Add server will succeed if you give bogus credentials.
