View engine (couchdb) failures unit test failures since 7.0.0-2984

In the recent Cheshire cat builds, unit tests have 49 failures. See http://cv.jenkins.couchbase.com/view/scheduled-unit-tests/job/unit-simple-test/26288/testReport/.

These are in the following areas -
projectroot.couchdb.src.couch_dcp
projectroot.couchdb.src.couch_set_view
projectroot.couchdb.test
projectroot.kv_engine.engines.ep - (tracked via MB-41408 & MB-40139)
projectroot.third_party.spdlog

Pls let me know if I should raise separate tickets for each of them, or just 1 ticket is enough to track them.
