[BP to 6.6.1 of MB-41431] Add pauseTotalNs stats to api/v1/stats endpoint

    Description

      PauseTotalNs represents the total time indexer process has been paused so far for GC since it's inception. It's a cumulative stat. Exposing this stat on official REST endpoint will enable customers to monitor for any spikes in GC between two intervals.
