how many buckets we can support in 2.0 ?

    Description

      ns_server crashes after creating four buckets and it never recovers.
      even restarting the server doesn't help.
      deleting those buckets don't help either.

      this is on rpm installation where we have 256 vbuckets.

      it happens on vms with 8GB ram.
