    Description

memcached now returns error #134 during sync requests if ep-engine is not able to persist data in 2.5sec or so.

client needs a way to differentiate between an internal error or a timeout.

memcached protocol does not have an error code for timeout so we need to add a new error code the binary and ascii protocol for this.
