Expose the bucket UUID's through cbbackupmgr

Description:

The current way of obtaining the bucket UUID's is by grabbing them from the filesystem which is an archive when backing up to the filesystem or a staging directory when backing up to the cloud.

The info command exposes everything apart from the bucket UUID's which is the final piece of information, such that if it was exposed, would result in testing* no longer having to explore the filesystem to obtain information related to backups.

Here's an example of a bucket uuid on the filesystem.
